Zandra Rhodes was one of the new wave of British designers who put London at the forefront of the international fashion scene in the 1970's. She has designed for royalty and celebrities, including Princess Diana, Jackie Onassis, Elizabeth Taylor and Freddie Mercury. She founded the Fashion and Textile Museum in London and designs sets and costumes for operas internationally.
