Canterbury Cathedral Choir Performance
St. James' in the City • 3903 Wilshire Blvd. • Los Angeles CA 90010
Sunday, April 15th • 4:30 pm
Although narrowly outside the dates of BritWeek 2012, we are delighted to
commend, as an associated event, a performance by the superb Choir of
England's Canterbury Cathedral, a World Heritage Site. One of the oldest
and most historic buildings in Britain, including within its walls a shrine
to St. Thomas Becket who was martyred there, the Cathedral has included
daily services sung by its celebrated Choir for hundreds of years.
The Choir's 18 boys and 12 men will give a choral concert at 4:30pm on Sunday,
April 15th, at St. James' in the City, 3903 Wilshire Blvd (at St. Andrew's
Place, just east of Wilton) in mid-town Los Angeles. Advance tickets are
available for $35 (front section) and $20 (general seating) from the Church
office, (213) 388-3417, extension 104.
For more information, visit the St. James' in the City website.
