British Retailers

Many famous British retail names are represented in the Los Angeles area. Most of these are in the fashion and luxury goods businesses, in which Britain excels. Asprey, Graff, Burberry, Turnbull and Asser and Alfred Dunhill are on Rodeo Drive. Stella McCartney, Alice Temperley, Paul Smith, Jimmy Choo, Alexander McQueen and Karen Millen are on Melrose. Zandra Rhodes, another legendary British designer, lives in Southern California. Iconic British cars such as Bentley and Jaguar are best sellers in California. Other British retailers include Tesco (trading in California as “Fresh and Easy Neighborhood Markets”), WH Smith, Body Shop and Boots. BritWeek 2012 will once again produce the BritWalk Mapy of the British retail establishments in LA and Orange Counties.
